In an effort to provide the Olivet campus with the best service possible, IT and Technical Support have extended their PC Repair services to students' personal computers at a discounted rate. Because this is not their primary role, a maximum of 10 computers may be serviced at one time and repairs do tend to take longer. In exchange for potentially faster service, students may also choose to use a local computer repair service. Doing so may result in a higher cost.
Student computers can be brought to the IT Help Desk located in the lower level of Benner Library during our office hours of Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. We also have our phone lines available after hours.

* Students are required to make an advance payment of $50 at the Cashier's Window located in Miller Business Center before the repair will be made. The remaining balance, if any, may be paid upon completion of the repair.
